Unfortunately, no. The deductible amount is an agreement between you, the policyholder, and your insurance company, and represents the portion of a claim that you have agreed to pay.  We recommend that you steer clear of any repair shop that claims it can save your deductible, as that is a fraud. Any auto repair shops that offer such claims may be fraudulently billing your insurance company for a repair they didn’t perform in order to recoup the money. If they are willing to commit insurance fraud, how can you be sure they repaired your car to the manufacturer’s specification or safety?

County Line Auto Body offers a Lifetime Warranty on all repairs. Body and unibody (structure and frame) repairs are guaranteed for as long as you own the car. Most of our manufacturers warranty their parts for 90 days while our paint supplier offers a lifetime warranty on paint.

Never. At CLAB, your repairs and service are completely confidential and are not shared with anyone except your insurance company.

Typically, if the repairs required exceed 70-80% of the current market value of the car, your insurance company will usually declare the vehicle a total loss. That percentage can vary from one insurance company to another, so be sure to verify the percentage with your insurance company.

A Direct Repair Program, also known as a DRP is a relationship that is formed between an insurance company and an auto body shop. An auto body shop with a Direct Repair Program has cultivated these relationships over many years to give you an easy and seamless auto repair process.

ASE certification, also known as Automotive Service Excellence, is the certification granted to an automotive technician who has completed the required training and obtained their Automotive Service Excellence Certified Master Technicians requirements. In order to apply for ASE certification, a mechanic must meet specialized, high-standard criteria. They must be able to show 2 years of experience in the automotive repair industry, complete and pass the specialty examination, which is only offered twice per year.
